I get asked a lot about prints of my photos, these are possible, of any photo you see on my social media channels (instagram, behance, flickr, twitter). Regular sizes are 45x30cm or 60x40cm (mostly on 3:2 ratio – different paper types/dimensions/frames) possible. Maximum size is 120x80cm for personal quality prints. Dit kan enkel binnen de opdracht zoals die omschreven wordt door de klant, binnen de vooropgestelde termijnen, verspreidingskanalen en context. De materialen mogen niet gereproduceerd of op andere wijze verspreid worden.

Het originele materiaal blijft eigendom van Travelformotion. Deze rechten kunnen alleen door uitdrukkelijke schriftelijke overeenkomst overgedragen worden aan de klant. De klant kan dan binnen de grenzen van de verkregen toelating, zelf bepaalde rechten, die in principe uitsluitend aan Travelformotion toekomen, uitoefenen. Wanneer u vervolgens, overeenkomstig het door u verworven recht, de foto gebruikt, dient u steeds de naam “Travelformotion” te vermelden, tenzij uitdrukkelijk anders overeengekomen.

De klant moet steeds toestemming vragen en/of een vergoeding geven aan Travelformotion voor het gebruik van het materiaal. Gebeurt dit niet, dan worden gerechtelijke stappen ondernomen.

Voor elke inbreuk tegen het geldende auteursrecht (voor zowel foto als video) wordt een schadevergoeding van minimaal 1000 euro geëist, bovenop het gefactureerde bedrag en de geldende tarieven van SOFAM.

The use of photo and/or video material is only possible with the permission of Travelformotion. This is only possible within the assignment as described by the customer, within the predetermined terms, distribution channels and context. The materials may not be reproduced or distributed in any other way.
The original material remains the property of Travelformotion. These rights can only be transferred to the customer by express written agreement. The customer can then exercise certain rights within the limits of the permission obtained, which in principle belong exclusively to Travelformotion. When you subsequently use the photo in accordance with the right you have acquired, you must always mention the name “Travelformotion”, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The customer must always ask permission and/or pay Travelformotion compensation for the use of the material. If this does not happen, legal action will be taken.
For each infringement of the applicable copyright (for both photo and video), a compensation of at least 1000 euros is claimed, in addition to the invoiced amount and the applicable rates of SOFAM.
