1. Returns & Exchanges
- Change of Heart: We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, pristine condition and packaging.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Art is fragile, and we take every precaution. However, if your piece arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damage and the packaging.
- We will arrange a pre-paid replacement or a full refund immediately.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
